   Historic Tulsa @ the Library: The Digital Sanborn Maps
   Sunday Nov. 20 2005 from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm
   This event will be held at Central Library Aaronson Auditorium.
   Event Description: Sanborn fire insurance maps are the most frequently consulted maps in both public and academic libraries. Sanborn maps are valuable historical tools for urban specialists, social historians, architects, geographers, genealogists, environmentalists and anyone who wants to learn about the history, growth and development of American cities, towns and neighborhoods. Join Kathy Huber, Becky Byers and Diama Camp for an enlightening demonstration of this new electronic resource. This program is presented in celebration of National Archives Week.
   This event is for adults and teens.
