City Employees ?

The recent survey of who lives in Tulsa that are employed by the city has risen to nearly one half living outside the city.   Their reason rangers from higher taxes to don't like the ordinances and their restrictions.  

Is it time to revisit the restriction placed on the exiting population and seek employees from the residents who have a interested in Tulsa?

How about those employed as code enforcers?

How about those emergence employee who are considered on 24 hour standby for recall in case of an emergence?

Do you think the captive aging residents are able to sustain the tax structure for providing the streets and other utilities for out of town residents who only come to Tulsa to work?

The courts have rules that the city can require employees to live within the city.
Today we stand in ecstasy and view that we build today'
Tomorrow we will enter into the plea to have it torn away.
