The World reports that KMO development has bought the Sun Building. No price or plans were given, the building is 45% occupied, is at 907 S Detroit (right by where KMO just redid a warehouse into a new headquarters for themselves) is 13 floors, has 240,000 sq ft of space and includes a parking garage.
