ok so what gives with this tulsa time site?

if this has been discussed previously forgive me but this really interests me...
is it because of the song?
is it just some catchy english verbage?
is it the route 66, americana tie in?

obviously a japanese clothing hipster store/chain... they have route 66 memorabilia and even one link to "rose bowl" stuff (but it is in long beach, ca)

i just found it interesting...
somebody needs to invite these crazy kids over to come on over for a party or at least hook these guys up with some cains tshirts....
