Looking to buy a restaurant in Tulsa

My partner and I are interested in buying a restaurant in Tulsa this summer or fall.

Ideally we would like to buy the business and the building that it is in.  But we would also consider purchasing just the restaurant alone.

We are looking all over town and we are looking at various sizes and styles of restaurants.
