Tulsa - The investigation into whether Tulsa mayoral candidate Kathy Taylor committed voter fraud in 2000 is complete.

Today, Tulsa District Attorney Tim Harris concluded there is not sufficient evidence to prove Taylor voted twice in the November 2000 Presidential election. Harris says because the poll registry books from that election were destroyed, he cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Taylor or anyone else voted in the November 7, 2000 election without additional evidence from eyewitnesses, tangible evidence or other credible documents.

...When Taylor registered to vote in Florida, she indicated she was last registered in Oklahoma. But, Florida election officials mistakenly sent notice to the Oklahoma Secretary of State instead of the Oklahoma Election Board Secretary, which would have been responsible for purging Taylor's Oklahoma voter registration...
