On Wednesday the State Senate officially rejected House amendments to SB 1324 (the bill requested by a Tulsa developer that will negtively impact Historic Preservation zoning, the powers of the BOA and local control of zoning)  and requested a conference committee. Conferees named by the Senate are named below, House conferees have yet to be named.

Note that the Senate conferees do not include Senator Bernest Cain, as was the case on HB 2559.  He has been replaced by Senator Earl Garrison, a Muskogee Democrat in his first term:

If any of you Democrats have contacts in Muskogee or Shawnee (for Senator Charlie Laster, D. Shawnee:  http://www.oksenate.gov/Senators/contact/laster.htm) contact them  and ask that this bill be killed.

For Republicans keep up the pressure to "Kill the Bill" on Tulsa Senator Brian Crain:  http://www.oksenate.gov/Senators/contact/crain.htm

I will update when I find out who the House conferees are.
