In February 2006 I took my car to a Transmission Company here in town.  I paid $1,505.76 to have my transmission rebuilt.  When I showed up to pick up the car.  They told me my Throttle Volume Cable was weak! That they searched everywhere to find one and couldn't.  So they rigged mine up.  They then said if it breaks and my transmission blows up it's not under warranty.  So, if my car acts up bring it back in and they'll fix it.  Well last month my car started acting up.  I called they said they'll have to find the part I need to go on ahead and bring it in on July 5, 2006.  They also said it would cost me a couple hundred dollars to fix.  Well my car is under warranty for 8 more months.  I called the Ford Dealership found the part.  They're getting it for me. I called the company and told them I found the part he said good bring it in on the 5th. I asked if it should cost anything since it's under warranty and he said no.  I called the company on the 5th, to tell them I hadn't got the part yet.  The guy told me they were to busy to fix my car to take it somewhere else!  Well that will void my warranty.  He also said he would have to charge me labor fees if they fixed it.   Then said they didn't have the tools to fix it!  Then told me it would be weeks before they could get to it.  I paid the money to have them rebuild my transmission and they didn't do it right.  The part should've been replaced the first time!  The ford guy told me to sue them in court. I need to know what you think....[:(]
