High Crime Rate

I've lived in Tulsa for 3 months now. I've lived near Tulsa all my life. I think it has a lot of potential.  The bad thing about Tulsa is it's high Homicide Rate.  You hear about the new gang task force.  But what have they actually done? There is still just as much crime.  Tulsa has one of the highest crime rates in the state and in the country. Most of it is in North Tulsa.  But now you hear about it happening in South Tulsa.
