I know I am not the only one on this forum who has been buying tickets.

I consider it a one dollar dream of all the things we want to do. House additions, new cars, charities, all make such dreams such a nice feeling inside.

I have actually written down things I am going to buy. Downtown real estate, the Drillers, private tutors for my kids have topped the lists many times.

The winner from June 15th just came forward hiding behind a trust. As much as I felt jealousy toward them for winning, I felt sad for them that they needed to hide from the payout. I would want to share my new fortune with family, friends and causes I believe in.

I can't imagine keeping this a secret.

I also noted the published amount of the prize and what the winner got after choosing the cash option and paying taxes. They call it a 101 million dollar ticket, but the winner really gets just under 33 million dollars.

Saturdays drawing is published for 205 million dollars, so if you are preparing a budget, plan for about 68 million dollars.

I know you can invest and make at least three and a half percent after taxes, so for each ten million you invest this way, you get about a thousand dollars a day in interest.

I think it would be hard to spend a thousand dollars a day, especially after you had already bought all the things you want. Just let me try it.
Power is nothing till you use it.
