OKC: "Future Farms" Conference

The Kerr Center for Sustainable Agriculture (Poteau, OK) will be hosting a conference on "...marketing farm-fresh Oklahoma-grown foods to schools, colleges/other institutions, and restaurants."  Here's a detailed press release.

Sounds like a great idea.  With high and volatile energy prices, I just can't see a downside to a "buy local, buy fresh" program.
