I have some questions about the CBD. It has changed scads since I worked down there. Any help appreciated.

What is the downtown population within a 1.5 mile radius of the PAT: residents, workers, visitors, students, etc.

Are grants or other financial incentives currently available for operating a retail type business in a very old existing building downtown?

How much is spent in the downtown area yearly per capita and in total?

Is there a breakdown in spending categories?

Are there any special fees associated with operating downtown?
