Visual commentary - Downtown sidewalks and streets

So in the other Channels thread, folks are talking about all the good we could do with the 600 million dollars the Stakeholders are asking Tulsa for.  One of the things that is mentioned are sidewalk and street improvements for the core downtown area.  At this point, I'm not sure if all Tulsans realize just how disgusting our current downtown infrastructure is.  So for those of you who need a visual, have a look at the gallery and slideshow links at the bottom.

I've griped about the delapidated state of our downtown streets and sidewalks for years, but even I was shocked at just how bad these pictures make our city look.  As I finished uploading them, my heart just sank with despair for our great downtown...it has been left to die. I hope things start to change...and soon.
