Oktoberfest

My wife, daughter, and I are thinking of driving up to Tulsa on Saturday to experience Tulsa's Oktoberfest. Can some of you give me an idea of the general cost for about 5 hours of merriment? Also, do kids (age 14) enjoy themselves there? I won't be drinking much, since we have to drive back that evening. Is the entertainment free? Are there rides?
