article on the master plan. Does anyone have access to the detailed plan?

The details are confusing. What is the "funded" green space shown in the Brady District? What is does a "Future River Connection" entail? Some of the proposed structures are in the middle of the East End development...what does that mean? The post office and the YMCA and BOK drive through are proposed priority acquisitions? Where is the housing?
