What is to become of the camellot hotel?

I have read several article that the camellot hotel has been sold to and entrepreneur from india. Anyways it states that he had purchased the camellot so that it will become a peace pallace or something. Can anyone clarify this or does anyonelse know anything different?

They have owned it for years, done nothing to the property, but want top $$ if someone offers to buy it.
