Open your hand to the poor

To the sediment that we already have a seven year debt system, and that we have no lack among the genuine poor:  there's alot more to a year of release than possessions: the abundance of life is not contained in possessions.  

In proclaiming a year of liberty every man to his brother, we are not going to turn and cast bankruptcy proceedures on their shoulders, or any other unnecessary yokes on anybody anywhere, rich or poor, in the office or in the field.  

And beyond having no lack, the year of liberty to all the corners of the world is enabling the poor so that they too may choose to travel to  gather, as the Word also gives a good pattern for people to assemble in three feasts, to pay devotions to God, and to build booths.  A righteous and coordinated effort would let everyone devote the year to what they like, God willing.
