Pine & 75 Construction

Does anyone know what's currently being being directly north of Highway 75 along Pine Street?  There's a steel frame right now and it looks like an elevator shaft has been built, too.  I drive past it every day and haven't been able to find any information except an article from last fall concerning a YMCA.  Anyone know?

I believe you answered your own question.  The Y is under construction W of 75 & S of Pine.
