DRINKING WATER?

I was wondering how your drinking water is around the Tulsa area?  Does your area have problems with drought?  Do you have rules on how much you water the lawn?  Where we live people w/ wells have problems once every several years, that they have to boil their water.  Our city water is good, of course some of the water tastes funny in oder parts to town where old piping, I guess, is the culprit.
Thanks for your answers.

No droughts, rules or quality issues in the recent past.

Water here is really good, it has always past inspection.

We have 2 HUGE reservoirs we draw drinking water from.  If we had 4 or 5 years of consistent drought there might be some kind of issue, but I have never even heard of such fears.

The only drinking water problem is an excessive chlorine smell when they first switch from their winter treatment to their summer treatments.  Makes your shower water smell like a pool for a few days.  That's my only complaint and I would prefer it over a bacteria growth in the springtime.

Here's Tulsa's water quality page:

I didn't see a report for 2007.

May you live in interesting times.
