This is a totally great plan, even with the new restrictions on in-store exchanges.  Last I checked, Netflix didn't even have a store to do exchanges in.  I can easily watch 8 movies a month for $10.  Blockbuster also has cheaper plans that operate just like Netflix with no in-store services.  I don't see anything wrong with BB at all.

Perhaps you perceive a value but I don't like companies such as BB that get a customer base by stating you can return your movies and exchange them for another, then going back on that by limiting it.  Why didn't they just do that in the first place? Now if I stay on the current plan I am on, they will put me on a limited number per month which in my busy world, is hard to track whether or not by the end of the month I have used my 5 up.

I don't have time to keep a chalkboard with hashmarks on it on how many I have left for the month. If I want unlimited, then I not only have to pay more per month, but lower my 3 to 2 out at a time.  Yeah that makes a lot of sense.  Heck, I am seriously considering going back to Netflix just for the principle of the fact I dont like getting screwed around like that.
