It's Official!!!!

He's going to lose...

I suggest you pick someone who has a chance to win.

Platform:

1) Question the war in Iraq (doesnt really spell out what he wants to do, just that Inhofe should have questioned it more). Though in the past he was a outspoken member of the group family members against the war.

2) Subsidies Alternative Fuels, hints at restricting energy company profits.

3) He likes veterans and wants to help (no real statement of how... just they need to get what they deserve/been promised)

4) Taxes:  he has never voted to increase taxes, he has voted against decreased taxes, and strongly hints that Oklahoma should have higher taxes ("prospective employers are bypassing Oklahoma because the state doesn't invest in itself.  According to the Tax Foundation, Oklahoma already imposes the lowest tax burden on its residents among the 50 states.")  No real commitment to change, mostly boiler plate about taking care of money and responsible government.

and that's it.  That's his entire platform.  We should question the war, fund alternative fuels, be nice to veterans, and a vague notion of taking care of money.

Background:
Education:
Religious Studies degree from Colby College.  Masters in Theology - Harvard.

Jobs:  (intentionally left blank)

Experience:  2 years Oklahoma State Senate.

Residence: Left Oklahoma ~1992 for college, then went over seas, back to go to Harvard, then to Texas...has lived in Oklahoma for the last 3 years.

Other: Brother died in 9/11.

He is highly educated to be a minister.  His only work is volunteering for different religious organizations.  His governmental experience is extremely limited.  His platform is extremely undefined.

Doesn't look like my horse I'm afraid.

Oh, that kid who's, what seven months into his first term as a state senator.  Only thing he's got going for him is his wife is pretty hot.

I bet he wilts when Brad Henry or Kathy Taylor goes after the seat.

I think that's standard.  Leave Tulsa holding the bag then shoot for a D.C. job.
