Who's the top cop now?

Palmer has been recalled to duty as being a protégé under mayor who if he does not follow her instructions then he is only a letter away from pursuing his career elsewhere. (Your Fired)

I am aware we have thrashed the republic of the Roman empire which it is now reported to have been so corrupt in 50 years (the text books when I went to school set it as 60 years) due to the appointing of governing officials, replacing elected positions, now has been included into the "Born to Rule" category in Tulsa.

It was the Roman Emperor Constantine, in the 4th century AD that set up the Western Empire, which failed, but he gathered up the works on Christianity that brought about the Holy Roman Empire that is is existence today.

The question to comes to one's mind "Have we in Tulsa reached the point where we can accept the "Born to Rule" as more boards and authorities are added to the long list of perpetual never changing appointees that rule over us?

Once it was the Oil Barons city, who tried to outdo the others in stealing the Indian Oil Royalties and seeing who could build the namesake skyscrapers.  After their passing it became the people's city.  Liken unto the Roman Republic are the citizens ready for the "Born to Rule" concept of government?
