Then why no complaint about Dewey?

The Snarky comment hit the woman only, again.

So there's a kind of Title IX for snark?

I can't speak for the person who posted that comment, but I suspect it's because Davis has a much higher public profile than Bartlett at the moment. I'm not excited about either of them in charge of this effort, but at least Bartlett, as a former city elected official, has some claim to expertise.

Well,

I've met Sharon on a couple of occasions and know people that have worked with her and from what I can tell and from what I have heard from people I trust that have worked with her she is really impressive.

And so is Dewey Bartlett

How about former Streets Commissioner Bob Franden?

He was commissioner during the great Robert J. LaFortune's tenure.

Except for Guy Hall and J. D. Metcalfe, every Street Commissioner from 1953 until the 1989 charter change is still living. Sid Patterson and Joe Coleman are the two that haven't been mentioned.
