It's legal in Oklahoma now.... come on..

and if you were really serious, you would recycle some needles to get it done.

I want to get a tattoo of Earth.

Then, when I am lost in space, I can point to it and say "I'm from here".
Power is nothing till you use it.

sgrizzle

You can do both.

Do we need to bet on something?

I'll have to think about it.

I don't have any tattoos yet, not because I don't think my body isn't a wonderful canvas (more like a highway billboard), but mostly because I really hate getting stuck with needles.

I thought about getting some piercings once. I then did this inventory and found out that I had the exact number of holes in my body that I needed. What a coincidence.

Same reason I avoid giving blood... that, and because it's a pyramid scheme perpetrated by vampires.

Tax Vampires?

I want to get a biohazard symbol tattoed on my forearm.  I figure people would stay away from me at the fair.

Nah, the fair folk build homes on top of biohazards.

If Spincyle gets that tattoo there should be a dollar sign in the center of it.

Recycling markets are doing very well. The metals market is so strong that people are getting killed trying to steal copper out of appliances and homes.

Paper prices are strong as well. One of the reasons I like the Tulsa World is not the actual words they say, but the number of pages they print. The M.e.t. recycled over a dozen different items this past year, but over half of the revenue received comes from recycling old newspaper.
Power is nothing till you use it.

Double A

Do earn money on the city recycling that is picked up or just the MET drop off sites?

We only receive revenue from the drop-off sites.

But we don't care where you recycle. Our mission is to promote waste reduction and  recycling of materials.

We don't consider any other recycling efforts competition and consistently promote and help every recycling effort we can.

We even publish a directory of recycling options twice a year and list it on our website. Here is a link.
