I did a search for Tulsa Hills and came across the developers website. It mentions being across the road from a state and nationally funded museum and cultural center. Does anyone know anything about this?

Tulsa Hills

It also says that it will be near the soon to be cleaned up Arkansas river (must have been written before the River Tax failed) I got a chuckle out of that.

I would think they are referring to the proposed Native American center at turkey mountain.
