During our annual meeting this week, we asked everyone to fill out a survey providing their imput into the issues that are important to them as well as where they think TulsaNow should put it's focus. Because many could not be with us due to the weather or other conflicts, we are providing that same survey online for the next two weeks.

Please head on over and provide your feedback (you will not need to provide any identifying information and will not need a forum login)

2009 Annual Meeting Survey

I'm trying to remember what I wrote down at the meeting, so as to be consistent.  [:D]

I filled out seven surveys...one for each of my personalities.

How would one gain permission to view the "By-Laws" of TulsaNow, the foundation?

I know some might find this a boring document. To me it holds something of an "Historic" significance.

One idea, I have always found intriguing, would be a publication covering the "minutes" etc. of the monthly "Board" meetings. With articles drawn from "Hot Topics" of interest on the Forum, as well as topics drawn from the "Board Meetings" and guest speakers that are in attendance of these meetings.

A physical location for the "Foundation / Forum" would serve to elevate the status of both. The benefit of a physical location would be multiple.
This would make TulsaNow a tangible element; not vague or elusive nor simply visionary, it would add the one physical element that makes dreams reality.

Don't worry Rico, you've covered a great deal of TulsaNow's 2009 "to-do" list. We will be publishing meeting minutes shortly and the subject of getting a physical location has been discussed. Send an email to info@tulsanow.org and we can send you the bylaws. They are being reviewed/revised this year so it's not a bad time to look at them.
