Well, this got to my email yesterday.

Crapolla:

Subject: Mobama

OF HIS AFRICAN "FAMILY

HIS MOTHER IS A KANSAN, ATHIEST, WHITE-  WHERE ARE THE PICTURES OF HIS KANSAN, WHITE MOTHER AND HIS WHITE GRANDPARENTS WHO RAISED HIM.

HIS FATHER DESERTED HIS MOTHER AND HIM WHEN HE WAS VERY YOUNG AND WENT BACK TO HIS FAMILY IN KENYA

HIS MOTHER MARRIED AN INDONESIAN MOSLEM AND TOOK HIM TO JAKARTA WHERE HE WAS  SCHOOLED IN A MOSLEM SCHOOL

HIS MOTHER RETURNED TO HAWAII AND HE WAS RAISED BY HIS WHITE KANSAN GRANDPARENTS

HE LATER WENT TO THE BEST HIGH DOLLAR SCHOOLS, HOW?

HE LIVES IN A $1.4 MILLION DOLLAR HOUSE THAT HE ACQUIRED THROUGH A DEAL WITH A WEALTHY FUND RAISER. HOW?

HE "WORKED" AS A CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST IN CHICAGO-  HAS NEVER HELD A PRODUCTIVE JOB.
THE PRESIDENCY IS NOT A CIVIL RIGHTS POST NOR IS IT SUBJECT TO AFFIRMATIVE ACTION SET ASIDES

HE ENTERED POLITICS AT THE STATE
LEVEL AND THEN THE NATIONAL LEVEL WHERE HE HAS MINIMAL EXPERIENCE

HE IS PROUD OF HIS "AFRICAN HERITAGE" BUT IT SEEMS THAT HIS ONLY AFRICAN CONNECTION WAS THAT HIS AFRICAN FATHER GOT A WHITE GIRL PREGNANT AND DESERTED HER.
I DIDN'T KNOW THAT SPERM CARRIED A "CULTURAL" GENE. WHERE IS THE PRIDE IN HIS WHITE CULTURE?

HE GOES TO A "AFROCENTRIC" CHURCH THAT HATES WHITES, HATES JEWS, AND BLAMES AMERICA FOR ALL THE WORLDS PERCEIVED FAULTS AND THEN REPEATEDLY COVERS UP FOR THE PASTOR AND THE CHURCH.
HE CLAIMS THAT HE COULD NOT CONFRONT HIS PASTOR BUT HE WANTS US TO BELIEVE THAT HE CAN CONFRONT NORTH KOREA AND IRAN, RIGHT!!!

YEAH, I THINK I SEE HOW HE COULD BE A UNITER AND BRING US TOGETHER, I THINK THE HOPE IS THAT HE HOPES NO ONE WILL PUT THE PIECES TOGETHER.

Polls: Race Helps Clinton With Whites

http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5jVp8jvZjNqaQKRDGM2Xdt0zCII7AD8VT7GB80

"Add this to the divisive debate over race in the presidential campaign: Whites who said race was important in picking their candidate have been about twice as likely to back Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton as Sen. Barack Obama.

Exit polls of voters in Democratic primaries also show that whites who considered the contender's race — Clinton is white, Obama is black — were three times likelier to say they would only be satisfied with Clinton as the nominee than if Obama were chosen."

I not so proud of my country.....

cannon_fodder

1. Who cares what race his mother or father is or what their religion was?

2. Who cares if his father is an apperent dead beat (I have no idea if any of this is true)

3. I was wonder what tribe a "KANSAN" was until I realized it was just the lack of capitalization that had me confused.  Does anyone dispute or not know his mom is from Kansas?

4. Who cares if his mother married a "Moslem" (theat spelling, btw, is an attempt at being offensive).  Wait, there are Muslims involved - panic!

5. If his grandparents live in Hawaii, why are they Kansans?  And again, why do I care what color they are?

6. He did go to the best schools.  Clinton and McCain both went to great schools too (Sisters/Yale and Naval Academy respectively) - HOW?  (is the implication because he is black?)

7. He lives in a nice house in Chicago.  How?  Both he and his wife went to ivy league law schools and he rubs shoulders with other rich and powerful.

8. He "worked" as an attorney for a major firm in Chicago doing voters rights, discrimination claims, employment law and representing community organizations - in addition to regular contract work, trial prep, and anything else assigned to him (like any associate).  What about that is not "real work" or lacks productivity?

Hillary also worked for a big time firm. She did corporate work for Wal-Mart and other mega companies (which is a positive in my eyes).

McCain has never worked outside of government.

9. Has he made an affirmative action claim on the White House?

10. Most politicians enter at the state level.

11. Overt attempt at racism, not worth rebutting.

12. I am not happy with his choice of church, but do not claim to understand his nor anyones religion really.  He should have said something to Wright, but when I attended church I never "confronted" by pasture on issues.

Likewise, Hillary failed to confront Bill.
McCain signed documents saying America was crap.

How horrible of them.

What dribble.  It would be akin to attacking Hillary overtly because she is a woman and white (what will she want 6 months off if she gets pregnant? We've had enough white people in power. Blah blah blah).  Or McCain for being a repressed wealthy connected older white male with a hot wife (how oppressed they are).

I wonder if this was from a racist, or a supporter trying to garner sympathy.  Just such a strange attack.

Of course, it is basically meaningless since I am positive it has NOTHING to do with either of the other candidates nor anyone official.  Such blind bigotry would certainly come through.

I crush grooves.

You don't have to confront the issues brought up by the email in question. The circulation epitomizes what's strange about prejudice and what's wrong with hate.

It does not appear to me Americans are quite ready to accept a man of Barack Obama's character over his color.

Wait and we will see.....

inteller

hahaha....that email is hilarious.

Good to see the ignorant masses who voted for Bush are getting all fired up again.

Things are looking good for McCain.

McShame does not understand the problems with the motivation of our political leaders....he is boasting and unashamed of America's big mistake.

Will Americans put racism aside to remove us from our imperial blunder?

General William Odom on Iraq: Immediate Withdrawal the Only Option that Makes Sense

By General William Odom, AlterNet. Posted April 7, 2008.

http://www.alternet.org/waroniraq/81626/

"First, it is insisted that we must leave behind military training element with no combat forces to secure them. This makes no sense at all. The idea that US military trainers left alone in Iraq can be safe and effective is flatly rejected by several NCOs and junior officers I have heard describe their personal experiences. Moreover, training foreign forces before they have a consolidated political authority to command their loyalty is a windmill tilt. Finally, Iraq is not short on military skills.

Second, it is insisted that chaos will follow our withdrawal. We heard that argument as the "domino theory" in Vietnam. Even so, the path to political stability will be bloody regardless of whether we withdraw or not. The idea that the United States has a moral responsibility to prevent this ignores that reality. We are certainly to blame for it, but we do not have the physical means to prevent it. American leaders who insist that it is in our power to do so are misleading both the public and themselves if they believe it. The real moral question is whether to risk the lives of more Americans. Unlike preventing chaos, we have the physical means to stop sending more troops where many will be killed or wounded. That is the moral responsibility to our country which no American leaders seems willing to assume.

Third, nay sayers insist that our withdrawal will create regional instability. This confuses cause with effect. Our forces in Iraq and our threat to change Iran's regime are making the region unstable. Those who link instability with a US withdrawal have it exactly backwards. Our ostrich strategy of keeping our heads buried in the sands of Iraq has done nothing but advance our enemies' interest.

Those who link instability with a US withdrawal have it exactly backwards."
