so whats going on with Cinnabar?

You know, the people who are putting upwards of 50k worth of insulation & windows on houses worth 75k in the sound abatement program done by the airport. Why weren't these houses bought out? What is going on with the lawsuit against the airport brought forth by some of the residents in this area who have been jacked around by the airport for the last 20+ years?
