Oklahoma Results VERY similar to 2004

Bush  959,792 65.57%
Kerry 503,966 34.43%

McCain 959,645  65.64%
Obama  502,286  34.36%

It's even lower turnout, very odd given how big this election was.  Given the last 8 years, and all the policies, etc.  Much of the Nation saw record turnout, not us, not Oklahoma.

The Democratic Party did better in a few other counties than it did in Tulsa.  Oklahoma County was one of the better for the Democrats, McCain won 58% to 42%.  Okmulgee, Muskogee, and Cherokee counties, Democrats did better there, than in Tulsa County.  Cherokee went 56% to 44% McCain, that's Tahlequah.  Tulsa County went 62% to 38%, somewhat better than the entire state's 66% to 34%.

How in the heck was this a lower turn out than 2004? That can't be right. Are there some precincts missing? Did someone trip over the extension cord?

Interesting, Tulsa County is blue on this map, as of 9:18pm:

Even more interesting is that I see that Tulsa county is leaning WAY more to McCain than Oklahoma county.

I would've thought that Tulsa was far more liberal than OkC.
