"wasn't exactly"...?  truth either exists or it does not.  No such thing as "truthiness" unles syou watch comedy central.

the guy stated his reason and that is good enough.  if you don't like his reason don't buy his paper.  I thought it made a lot of sense.  Especially since TW was PEDDLING their paper to whomever would buy the "historic" issue.  How can you compete with that?  You don't, you just report other news that might be of interest especially local news.  hell I wish TW published more local news about Tulsa.  Most of their "local" news is police blotters and an occasional biopic about someone I have no clue about (or care).

Newspapers are private company's last time I checked.  Supported by advertisers and readers.  They have a right to print what they want as long as they are truthful.

Their readers and advertisers decide weather to support them or not.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE:  ALL MEDIA IS BIAS.

The consumer simply makes a choice as to what bias they can live with.

I also noticed that the Thrifty Nickel didn't run an Obama headline either.  [}:)]

The Tulsa Now website didn't run a headline on the front page of their site stating "Obama Wins."

McDonald's didn't have it on the front of their menus.

All private companies/organizations printing what they want to print.

Please don't suggest that someone needs to regulate what newspapers print.  I just can't take any more of this Fairness.

When attacked by a mob of clowns, always go for the juggler.

Wow first post and looks like I already made some friends huh? Not suprised though. I agree the editor and publisher can print what they want, but when the editor urges readers to watch a "Video portrait of Barack Hussien Obama" before voting, and also insinuates that Obama was born in Kenya and is not a citizen, as well as letting a small-town cop with anti-Obama images on his website write a column, then it shouldn't be a suprise to have people picketing your offices.

If they don't like it, then don't buy the paper, simple enough.  Let their wallets do the talking.  No need to go and picket the damn place.  People these days get upset over the smallest things.  I am pissed off that the LA Times refused to release some video they had of Obama.  I think I will go picket them in L.A.  Gaspar is right, all media is bias.  CNN and MSNBC on the left, foxnews on the right.  They all have an agenda, if you don't like it then don't read their paper, watch their shows or buy their product.  It's that simple.  I don't understand why you are making such an uproar over this.  It is not the first time a paper left something out, and it won't be the last.  Are you in high school like your name implies?

well, it hasn't been proven otherwise that Obama -wasn't- born in Kenya, but it HAS been proven that his selective service registration was at the very least tampered with, and could have been completely fabricated.  the last person that could have attested to barack's birthplace died right before the election.  what a shame.
