TU to host CUSA championship game

Next Saturday...11 am kickoff versus East Carolina.

Tickets go on sale next Monday.

This should be one of the biggest games in a decade for the Golden Hurricane.

It will be broadcast live on ESPN2.

Great game, TU should of won but they just made too many turnovers.

Did I just read where TU will probably go to a bowl game in San Diego?  Hello, it is warm there.

I arrived late in the second quarter. My impression is that the three defensive lineman of the Pirates were dominating. 91, 95, 97 were not just large, they were agile. They pretty much disrupted the running game and harrassed the quarterback. TU was probably a better team. But 6 turnovers spoils all that talent.

Comfy stadium with a personal feel to it. Sound system needs work though. I could hear the coaches yelling at the players along the Pirates sidelines. But could also hear the students yelling a lot of venom. Note to self- tickets near the student section might not be appropriate for those over the age of 30!

The Golden Hurricanes will be playing my Ball State Fighting Football Cardinals in Mobile Alabama on January 6th at the GMAC Bowl (same bowl as last year for TU).
