Kim Jones, curator of the Tulsa Air and Space Museum will share his knowledge of early balloonists, called aeronauts, who traveled across Oklahoma from fair to festival exhibiting their daredevil spirit. From these humble beginnings sprang the aerospace industy that would carry tulsa and northeast Oklahoma into the 21 century.  The program starts a 1:pm at the Tulsa Historical Society and Museum, 2445 S. Peoria. The lecture is free and open to the public.  Plan to visit the many exhibits of Tulsa's History. For more information, call 712-9484.
