Ok, friend of mine called and wants to do one of those flash mob, dance things that cities in Europe have been doing and wanted some ideas and info from me.

I suggested that it might be fun to do right down the middle of Boston Ave. Have it look like a "normal" busy day in the big city lol. Then music start playing...more and more people start dancing until we had hundreds of people up and down Boston Ave dancing away. Bums, office workers, kids, older people, the whole shebang.

Some ideas for music might be local Tulsa/Oklahoma songs. We would need to find a choreographer, a place to practice, and some people to film.

Theme song to "Oklahoma" of course.  Have a surry pull past in the background.
It's hard being a Diamond in a rhinestone world.

Alot of college campuses have been doing these during finals week. Oklahoma State University did one last week (on youtube type in OSU flash rave), which I took part in, and let me tell you they are alot of fun. Great way to make some heads turn, but the experience is great. Not 100% sure how you would get this thing organized, but it might help to get alot of people on here interested and possibly get some word out to area universities and students taking summer classes. I would totally be down on doing this thing. Can you just imagine a flash mob/rave taking over part of downtown during the afternoon lunch rush.
