Apparently this has been known for a few weeks but I just found out.  This is awesome news!!!!  Big score for mid century fans.  Looks like they are doing the restoration up right though the drive through lanes are being removed.  What will it be?!!

I've been watching them do the repair work. I would like to see some sort of outdoor dining/greenspace. A cafe/park area would definitely raise interest in converting the building across the street.
