No, not the movie.

Number One Daughter wants to buy some pink flamingo lawn ornaments for a gag.  I've looked here in Owasso, but there are none to be found.  Any ideas?

I think I saw some at the Ace Hardware at 41st & Peoria.

I think I saw some at Big Lots at 21st & Sheridan last week.

Target had them for $1 but out now. I'd suggest Garden Ridge or Old Time Pottery.

If you can't find any, my mother in law has the same sense of humor and I have flamingos in everything from shirts to picture frames.

On Father's Day, Number One Daughter gave me boxer shorts with pink flamingos.  She thought it was a real hoot....until I offered to model them.

eeeewwwww!

I love flamingo lawn ornaments.  If they are of quality construction, not busted, faded, or weather worn, and used in tasteful moderation, they fit in perfectly in my mid 20th century neighborhood, Lortondale.  In the proper setting, I don't consider them a "gag" at all.  I am surprised that I have not seen any among my neighbor's landscapes.

My mother in law got me a pink flamingo bird feeder for Fathers Day.   She lives in Owasso and she either got it at Hobby Lobby or Big Lots she never leaves the area and those are the two stores she frequents.

The pink flamingo thing is a running joke her and I have had going for years.
Trust but verify

Well Steve, if you ever get a drive-by "flamingoing" in the middle of the night, don't blame me...   ;)

FYI- I've really enjoyed getting to know the "locals".  I will be sure to invite you the next time I fire up the smoker.

My dad makes them... lol... and yes, we have two hand-made Pink Flamingos in our backyard.. lol

I recently saw them at a Walgreens (in another state).  Haven't looked in Tulsa b/c haven't had a need to "flamingo" anyone here.

But, now that you mention it...
