I think it is about 3-4 acres.  Be interesting site to develop.

There is an exhibit at AHHA! (Hardesty Arts Center), 101 E. Archer, which has a display of many pics of the steps to nowhere.  It's called "Site Unseen" and is purportedly an exhibit about the race riot, with many other pics from the Beryl Ford collection.  The artist is Eyakem Gulilat and it's on display until May 19.  One of the cooler pics is a huge 360 degree photo taken from Standpipe Hill.  More info and one of the pics can be seen at www.ahhatulsa.org

The exhibit is free and if you've never seen this new place, it's cool to check out.  The Zarrow Arts Center is right behind it to the North.
