Typical bureaucrats that are allowed to collect from the working poor taxpayers, to pay $175,000.00 for one of those dedicated public employee, who delicates their duty to another person but is required to show up in their office three days a week to check on how the person is handling the responsibilities they should be doing.   "How it going. No, that sucking sound is the sales taxes leaving Tulsa going to the burbs along with the bloated salaries paid to non-productive civil servants.  The recipients are already living in the burbs waiting for their monthly checks to be sent to them.
