OUTSIDER: THE LIFE AND ART OF JUDITH SCOTT (26 Minutes)
Artist Judith Scott's densely layered, abstract yarn sculptures are
all the more powerful knowing the challenges she faced. Scott
had Down syndrome and, after being branded as profoundly
retarded, spent 35 years in an institution before being allowed the
opportunity to truly express herself through her art.
