I had problems, too. The guy never bothered to pick it up on the scheduled day, even though he picked up my neighbors' recyclables down the street.

This stuff is in a bright green tub at the edge of the street with nothing surrounding or concealing it. It's not as if he could use the "I didn't see it" excuse.
