Help the Little Lighthouse in Tulsa Today!

The little lighthouse is the only school in Oklahoma in the top 30 schools in this contest to win 500k for the school from Kohl's.

I thought it would be informative to let the group here know about this. If you can help, email people ask them to vote that would be great! Here is the information: This was on FOX23, KTUL, KOTV, KJRH This week. Tomorrow is the final day for voting.

How to vote if you have facebook:

   1. Go to the internet and logon to www.facebook.com/kohls
   2. Click on: "VOTE NOW ---Find My School".
   3. When prompted, click "Allow" to the Kohl's link.
   4. On the drop-down menu, enter The LIttle Lighthouse, Tulsa, OK.  Select our school, and then click "Cast a Vote." Click "Like" and then click on the x in the top right hand corner.  Cast your vote 5 times.  (your vote will go from 20 votes left to 15 votes left).
   5. You will see a facebook share link underneath where you cast your votes.  Click on this and then in the box say "Vote for Little Lighthouse".  Then select "Publish" to share with your facebook friends.  You can also select facebook invite to invite your friends to do the same.

How to vote if you do not have facebook:

(If you choose not to maintain your account, you can cancel it after the voting time has ended-September 3rd, 2010).

   1. Go to www.facebook.com
   2. Fill out information and click on the green Sign Up button.
   3. Type in security code and select the green Sign Up button.
   4. Go to your email account to confirm your new facebook account.  Click on the first link to access facebook.
   5. Go to the internet and logon to www.facebook.com/kohls
   6. Proceed with the "How you vote if you have facebook" instructions to the left.

You can use your other 15 votes anyway you wish for any other school you wish in the US if you choose.

Agreed the odds are stacked against them. I think they didn't anticipate how competitive this would be when this first started out and realized about a week ago...
