Get an CPA, file as an S-corp, and GET YOUR SALES TAX PERMIT from the Oklahoma Tax Commission right away.

I'm not sure if its too late, but they are jacking the cost of that permit from like $29 to $300 either as of now or very soon.

(Isn't that a great way to get Oklahoma out of a recession? Increase taxes on small businesses!!)
