Whats happening at 71st/Elwood?    They have mounds of dirt moving around??

I'm guessing new housing subdivision.

There was a sign there for like 15 years saying there was a QT coming that location (SE corner) but it was taken down at some point.

My guess is "they're" raising the level above flood zone....placing some infrastructure as well...preparing for a big theater chain that won't go downtown?

They've been pushing dirt there for like a year now. I don't think it's any kind of active development, just a place to dump dirt from other developments.

the theater is supposed to go up in the development at 81st and US75 across the street from Tulsa Hills, but there's nothing happening yet on that land.

The area behind the shopping center site that is well under construction as some sort of active retirement housing addition. Right behind that on 91st is a new addition to Jenks West Elementary.
