I think I'm going to like this guy.  Unlike Gibbs he has some emotional tics.  His face gets all scrunchy when he says something he's not comfortable with.

Yesterday when he said ". . .we absolutely stand by the budget."  It looked like he was going to poop.

I have always considered him to be a reasonable left wing guy.

I think he's going to be good for this admin.  It seems that he's not cut from the same mold as Axelrod, Gibbs, or Emanuel. 

Rather than engaging in circular answers yesterday he punted several questions to other departments and showed a little gun-shy in regurgitating the company line.  I hope he lasts.

LOL!  Gibbs would have just said "That happens all the time in business. This is nothing new.  Next question."

I hope that he sticks around, but I think he may not last the year.  He's trying to hard to be logical.  He needs to study circular dialogue.  That question should have been an easy Jedi mind trick.
