Hilarious!  In particular the part where the DA said that he and the sheriff smoked enough of the stash to keep it in their jurisdiction!

Cute little story that helps illustrate how comical our marijuana laws are.  Except that they are a black comedy of tragic proportions.  Starting with the $18 billion per year the Fed's spend on enforcement.  No telling how much the states spend combined above that - probably at least that much again.  That is a big enough chunk of change to make some serious inroads into our "spending problems".

All for a little herb that never hurt no one.  What a sad little pathetic world we have spun for ourselves on this subject!

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.

B...bb..bbb...but marijuana is a gateway drug.   ::)

Huge waste of money and time.  Think how much more money is being wasted warehousing pot users, growers, and dealers.  I've always been of the opinion that alcohol leads to far more deaths, broken homes, and broken families than pot.

There are certainly some drugs which should be illegal or carefully controlled, but pot is not one of them.  And no I don't partake anymore.

I like Willie a lot.  But that is the only Toby Keith song I will ever listen to.  Ever.
