When I heard this I was absolutly shocked by the nerve of this guy. First off Black and Hispanic officers get hired first because of equal opportunity employment.
And then turn around and gripe about assignments being rasict because of the color of their skin.
How more skewed do you want TPD to be. I'm sorry Captain, I would rather not work the South side of Tulsa because I'm white. And if possible sir, can 21st be my dividing line as to how far North that I am sent ?

I started reading the federal complaint and stopped after only a few paragraphs. Yuck.

I cant think of any job where it's a good idea to order someone to do something " 'cause your'e black".

This seems minor compared to the bad apples that are going to cost Tulsa significant amounts for civil rights violations.

I'm amazed at what you wing nuts tend to focus on. Certainly, you can't focus on the bigger issues at hand. Why? Because you love to counter the issue of racism? Why? Because something deep seeded grinds at you but you can't define what it is....
