I have found that most folks in North Tulsa that have a choice to move somewhere else, won't. They are comfortable there. It is like West Tulsa in that regard. They love their churches, and schools. Its only a small part of that area that causes them grief.

The only leader that would help them from Brady, Owen and the Hill would be someone who shares those passions. Find one and he/she would be gold. Unfortunately, the gentrifying folks seem to like private schools, running paths, Buddism and Whole Foods!

Yes! Whole F***ing Foods!

And those little pint size cars that look like the butt end was cleavered off. That stuff don't roll north of downtown except in the gentry areas.
