Romney may not be on the Washington state ballot...

Apparently, under Washington law, the Republican party doesn't qualify as a "major" political party this year because they didn't run a candidate for Senate in 2010. They then failed to file the necessary paperwork to get Romney on the ballot. Oops. You think the courts will enforce the law as written?
