I need a good welder

I bought this 22 foot ramp to load baled bottles with a forklift into a trailer. It is old and needs some welding to be able to support my forklift. It is probably a lot of work and I don't have much money (life as a non-profit).

Any ideas?

I have an indoor area at my new warehouse on 11th street near the Rose Bowl to work or I could load it up on a trailer and deliver if needed.

Who is a reputable welder?
Power is nothing till you use it.

Oh, man...you got a forklift!!  I need a forklift!

Welder; don't know if still in business, but place called Arc Angel used to do really good work at reasonable rates.  On 12th street just west of Sheridan.
Sounds like he may be close if still in business.
