Downtown Ramada Hotel

Driving by the Downtown Ramada Hotel I noticed that the Ramada signs have all been taken down. The Hotel is open and the street level sign says Great Western Hotels. Does anyone know, is this hotel in for a rebranding and if so, is this going to be a better brand?
