I've found four locally roasted coffees: Topeca, Robin's Roast, Roughneck Roast, and some beans roasted by a co-worker for the restaurant trade.  Are there any others?

The Roughneck Roast comes from T-Town roasting, and if Google Earth is correct, they're located very near Topeca's roasting location.

Is the Roughneck Roast what I saw in Reasors the other day?  I was going to give it a try but all they had was ground.  Call me a snob, but I only buy whole bean coffee.

Normally I buy beans too, but She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed came home with this, and to be truthful, it's disappearing rapidly.  Apparently, it's coming from Topeca's roasting location on Admiral.  Dunno if it's a sub-brand of Topeca or if someone is renting roaster time.

Anyway, give it a try.  You may be pleasantly surprised.  I was.
